Our Barre classes are a blend of pilates, strength, and yoga exercises set to music! You will sculpt and tone your legs, bottom, arms, and core! Small weights, toning balls and bands are used. For all levels!
CLASSIC BARRE - Classic Barre repertoire! An amazing total body Barre workout!
FIT BARRE - A total body toning class integrating Barre and Fitness to reshape the entire body! This class targets all major muscle groups, sculpting arms, flat abs, a lifted bottom, and elongated thighs!
STRONG AT THE BARRE - This strength and toning class uses dumbbells as well as traditional Barre moves for an awesome total body workout!
BARRE FUSION - We'll start at the Barre to fatigue your muscles with low-impact, high-intensity movements that target the glutes, thighs, and arms. Once the "shake" is over, we transition to the mat for a targeted sequence designed to build deep abdominal strength and stability. We finish the session with a restorative, deep-stretch cool down to lengthen your muscles and leave you feeling energized, aligned, and refreshed! For all levels!
