Our Barre classes are a blend of pilates, strength, and yoga exercises set to music! You will sculpt and tone your legs, bottom, arms, and core! Small weights, toning balls and bands are used. For all levels!
CLASSIC BARRE - Classic Barre repertoire! An amazing total body Barre workout!
POWER BARRE - This class blends traditional Barre and resistance training exercises with some fast paced power intervals! You will work your arms, abs, inner thighs, and glutes while raising your heart rate for maximum calorie burn!
FIT BARRE - This class blends Barre, resistance training, and even some fast paced moves to work your body! You get it all with this class!
CARDIO SCULPT - A fun high energy cardio class! Light weights are used during the sculpting portion of the class for major muscle groups! You'll love the energy of this class!
