Our Yoga Classes are for everyone! Do you need to stretch your hamstrings and hip-flexors? Do you need to learn how to breathe to reduce anxiety? Do you need to improve your strength? Yoga improves strength, flexibility, and balance! From Power to Gentle and from Yin to Restorative - there is a Yoga Class for everyone! Our well-trained experienced instructors will lead you in classes that are effective for all skill levels!
GENTLE YOGA - Reduce stress and tension in your body with this slow-moving class that gently stretches and strengthens the body as students link breath to movement. Class will incorporate floor-based postures and gentle, standing poses. Modifications to poses and the use of props are offered, helping students gently ease into poses and find proper alignment.
YIN YOGA - A wonderful balance to your active, fast paced exercise program. Yin yoga incorporates longer held floor-based stretches (3-5 minutes) that stimulate and create fluidity in the deep connective tissues (fascia, tendons, and ligaments). A Yin practice increases flexibility and range of motion, improves circulation, and releases tension in the body. This class will help you slow down, find stillness in the mind, and leave you feeling relaxed. Recommended for both beginners and experienced yogis.
POWER YOGA - A moderate-vigorous intensity practice focusing on building strength and endurance.
YOGA SCULPT - Elevate your yoga practice with a fusion of traditional flows and strength moves. Increase strength, flexibility, and endurance using hand weights and body weight. Enjoy a heart-pumping workout, followed by a yoga cool down and savasana. This high-energy, calorie-burning class challenges and invigorates mind, body, and soul. Modifications provided for all levels.
YOGA NIDRA PLUS - Relax into an ancient yoga practice. Warm room, lavender fragrance, sound healing, coherent breath practice, guided meditation in the company of a welcoming Sangha.
As one yoga teacher has written: "Falling asleep is one of life's greatest pleasures. Even sweeter is falling almost asleep and lingering there in a blissful state of total relaxation and meditation. This is the practice of Yoga Nidra and it is one of the fundamental practices in the meditation tradition. We all need rest. We need time to lie down and give over to the repair work that occurs during sleep. If we do not get enough rest, we can feel like we are falling apart, because the body has not had enough time in maintenance mode. Life is a rhythm of activity and rest, and to thrive we need both in proper balance".

HOT VINYASA YOGA - For all levels! Room will be heated to 80-85 degrees! This class consists of a seamless flow of poses, each transitioning smoothly into the next creating a dance like rhythm that builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. You'll love it!
