Our Fitness Classes are fast and effective in a high energy environment! We use a wide variety of strength and conditioning equipment including Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, and more! All with a motivating instructor with you every step of the way! For all levels!
STRONG - This strength and resistance training based class works all major muscle groups! We'll also blend in some cardio and core work to complete this awesome workout!
POWER FIT - A class with rounds of upper body and lower body work. Dumbbell and body weight exercises will be used! Short cardio and core hits along the way add up to a great interval based workout!
POWER CIRCUIT - This class combines strength, cardio, core, and resistance training in a faster paced circuit training format! You get it all with this awesome workout!
POWER SCULPT - A class that combines cardio with lighter weight and higher rep resistance training! All with some core work too! Build your endurance while toning your body with this faster paced workout!
BODY BLAST - An extended endurance class can include AMRAP, Interval, and For Time formats! We combine toning, cardio, core, and resistance training in this high repetition workout! Rest up for this one!
FIRESTORM - A class that combines cardio with lighter weight and higher rep resistance training! All with some core work too! Build your endurance while toning your body with this faster paced workout!
